I grew up playing football at Westwood Community High School and eventually went on to play at the University of British Columbia. In my youth, football is what kept me motivated to stay in school and achieve my best both on and off the field. As a former CIS Academic All-Canadian, I know the immense value football can bring to those who love the game. As a dedicated teacher, athletic director, and Head Coach of the Fort McMurray Football Academy, my goal is to make a positive impact in the community in every way possible.”

Hello, I am Jasmine Murphy, the director and Founder of Fort McMurray Football Academy. My role allows me to bring structure and support to the programs while ensuring smooth operations and a positive environment for growth and success on and off the field. While I have always been a fan of football, my true passion lies in bringing people together through the sport. I believe in the power of sports to unite and inspire, and I love encouraging kids to step out of their comfort zones and strive for their goals. I've had a blast with these past seasons and i'm looking forward to the many to come!
